Choose a control change by its symptom. These PC Demo references distinguish store support labels, dated player reports and current prompts; they do not provide an unverified all-platform key map.
Start with one setting or one interface action

Make the result reversible
Record the original setting, change one thing, compare the same action and restore it if the result does not help. A controller menu issue, an unsupported weapon pair and a visibility choice should not all be called an input bug.
Does the store support label settle an old bug report?
No. The current listing says full controller support; the October 31 Demo inventory report and developer acknowledgement are also real. Version 1.06 improves gamepad interface navigation. Your installed build and actual menu result determine which branch applies.
Are mods or Workshop tools promised?
On November 2 the developer said there were no plans for mods and made no future promise. That is the supported-development position, not proof that every community experiment is technically impossible. No verified mod-installation workflow is offered here. Native transmog and the manor editor are the documented appearance routes. Developer answer.
What has not been benchmarked here?
Steam Deck/Proton, native Mac/Linux, a complete default controller layout, universal best-FPS settings and all-device fixes. Use the requirement table and exact build/device details; do not delete saves or copy another game’s configuration as an input repair.
